Is Kaia F.I.T. too hard for me?
No, Kaia F.I.T. is for all ages and abilities. In fact, you will be surprised how far you will come in a short amount of time and how many women of all abilities are currently thriving in the program. From first timers to seasoned athletes, Kaia workouts are designed for everyone. Plus, we have modifications for all the exercises so you will never be left behind. We will help you find your level and respect your limits.
What do I bring to workouts?
Please keep the following within your reach at all times: Your Kaia Binder (which holds your goals, workout results and your stats), workout bands, yoga mat, water and a great attitude!
Is Kaia indoors or outdoors?
We have a large indoor facility with all the equipment needed for great workouts. Once a week however, we meet at one of the many parks in the area for a fun and effective outdoor workout!
What are the workouts like and what can I expect?
The great thing about Kaia workouts is you never know what to expect. Not only do we leave you guessing, but also your body. The workouts never let your body get in a comfort zone. Kaia classes are exciting and fun. They are not like any other class you have taken – they leave you exhausted but exhilarated. You will actually find yourself excited for the next Kaia Klass!
How long are the workouts?
The workouts last 1 hour.
Can I make up for missed classes?
Because our classes are full we do not offer make up classes. Instead, we will help you with a fun workout to do on your own when you miss a class.
Can I change my class times throughout the week?
When you sign up for a class time, that is your spot in the program. Our classes usually have a set limit, so switching classes is not permitted.
Can I bring my children to class?
At this time we do not have a child day care center and our insurance does not allow anyone under 18 years of age at the gym.
What results can I expect?
You will feel results immediately, but you will most likely see results within 2 or 3 weeks of starting the program. You will:
- Lose weight: about 2 to 4 pounds a week, without fad diets
- Tone muscles in the fastest time possible
- Look your best and feel even better

What is the difference between Core Sessions and Brik Boot Camp?
Can I start mid-session?
Yes, you can start at anytime during our Core Sessions program. However, we do not allow any additions during our Brik Boot Camp program. Our Brik sessions are designed so all the girls who start together, also finish together as a team!
